Returns

We are so sorry things didn’t work out for you. You have 10 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it, email hello@hairbandnig.com and we will send you a return address.
All items must be in original packaging. You can’t return anything that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
Allow 5-7 business day for processing of received return.
You will receive your refund in the original form of payment. Unfortunately we cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges.
